Once the prototype is complete, they'll work on any necessary revisions and updates based on your feedback.

The UI/UX designer will begin Phase 2 by working with the backend developers to ensure the design and flows are well understood by the entire. They will communicate with the backend team to see if additional designs or screens are needed for a completed flow.
The backend developers will be responsible for analyzing and understanding all of the functionality inside the app. We aim to take a holistic view of your app and truly understand the reasoning behind the feature. They will then be responsible for creating the APIs making the entire app functional.
The frontend developers will be accountable for understanding the APIs, their work, and where each API should be placed. The frontend team will work closely with the backend developers to ensure there is nothing lost in translation.
The quality assurance manager reviews all of the completed work and analyzes code to catch any bugs or issues for an immediate resolution.
Your project manager will oversee the QA testing process to clear any issues, questions, or concerns the QA manager may have when testing the app. Then, they are responsible for setting up meetings and communicating with the QA and development teams

They'll work closely with you to schedule meetings, note your feedback, and ensure your expectations are met.
The quality assurance manager will be responsible for completing a full code review/audit of the entire platform. This includes a frontend review testing functionality in the app and a backend review of the code.
Once the audit has been completed, they’ll work alongside the development team to ensure they understand how to reproduce every issue. The QA manager may assist in determining how to fix or limit the problem from occurring.
The backend and frontend developers will be focused on completing points from the audit provided by the QA manager. The backend team will communicate with the frontend team to ensure they understand who has which responsibilities.
The developers will also start setting up the Cloud-Based Live Server for Production testing and prepare for launch.
Your project manager will be responsible for requesting any branding information or content to fulfill the Apple/Google Listing. They will also communicate between the backend and frontend teams to outline responsibilities.

The backend developer will be focused on migrating from the development server to a Cloud-Based Live Server. They will also be responsible for creating the Apple/Google Listing and submitting it for their approval.
They will be prepared for any issues with the submission and be on standby to fix and resubmit anything mentioned by Apple and Google.
The frontend developer will be focused on ensuring all of the APIs are in the right place and the app is fully ready for submission to Apple and Google. They are responsible for assisting with the Apple/Google Listing and submitting for approval.
